Getting Started

  • Click Get Started on our website to create an account.
  • Purchase credits or a subscription for image downloads.
  • Select your bottle shape, color, and capsule style.
  • Upload your wine label (ensure it is cropped and high resolution).
  • Adjust the label’s position, scale, and rotation as needed.
  • Save and process the image (final rendering may take up to 15 seconds).

Bottle and Label Options:

  • Supported bottle shapes: Bordeaux, Burgundy, Champagne, Alsace, Port, and Rhône.
  • If a desired bottle shape or color is unavailable, contact us for assistance.
  • Standard and custom capsule options are available.
  • Transparent PNG labels are recommended for non-rectangular designs; textures cannot be applied to these labels.
  • Labels with foiling should have gradient textures added before uploading.

Image Processing & Downloading:

  • Users can build and save images in their account.
  • Images are available for download only after purchase.
  • Final bottle shots are transparent PNGs with a white background and subtle shadow.
  • Watermarks are visible in the builder but will not appear on the final image.

Editing & Adjustments:

  • Labels can be scaled, distorted, and rotated. To reset, delete and re-upload.
  • The red Reset button repositions the bottle to the center of the canvas.
  • Silk-screened labels should be uploaded as transparent PNGs with no texture effects.

Troubleshooting:

  • If label curvature does not render correctly, ensure proper image format and resolution.
  • If resizing, cropping, or converting a label is needed, use https://imageresizer.com/.
  • For missing packaging elements, contact us for Custom Product Shot Options.

Payment & Subscription:

  • Payments are made via credit packs or subscriptions.
  • Subscriptions offer cost savings for high-volume processing.
